SHIPPING POLICY

Tailwalker Lures, Inc. will process and ship orders Monday-Friday until 12:00-noon CST.  All orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.  Please note: Custom Lures are built on demand and can take up to 7 business days to ship.  All in stock lures will be processed and shipped within 3 business days.  Tailwalker Lures Inc. does not assume responsibility for any shipping delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as but not limited to natural disasters or inclement weather.

RETURN POLICY

We, at Tailwalker Lures Inc. are not satisfied, unless our customers are 100% happy with their purchase.  We work hard to ensure all products we sell are of top quality and that your customer service experience is always positive.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us and we will be happy to help you return your purchase.  Follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth process:

o   Return your order for a full refund (minus shipping cost) within 14 days from the date of your purchase.

o   All Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

o   Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days, provided that all guidelines have been followed.

Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase? Tailwalker Lures Inc. only charges state sales tax (6%) on orders being shipped to addresses in the state of Florida.
